The 4 ballot issues on the left which passed resulted in 12.39 mills of property taxes and 1% in income tax. Of those that passed, only one was not in a presidential election year, and that issue passed by only 58 votes. Three issues passed in just the last five years. It is likely that the school district will be back on the ballot, perhaps as soon as 2011 or 2012, with another ballot issue. |
